Multi-Level Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Our Multi-Level Affiliate Program is designed to foster growth and reward our partners. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Network Overview

a. Structure and Recruitment

i. Affiliates at the top of their network are referred to as Level 0 affiliates. They are the foundation of their network and have the ability to recruit other affiliates, known as "downline affiliates."
ii. Level 0 affiliates can expand their network by recruiting Level 1 affiliates directly under them. These Level 1 affiliates can recruit their own downline affiliates, forming additional levels in the network.

b. Earnings Across Levels

This multi-level structure enables affiliates to benefit not only from their own sales but also from the sales of their network, creating ongoing earning potential across multiple levels.

2. Commission Structure

a. Earnings by Level

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sales made at each level:

• Level 1 (Direct Sales): 10% commission on purchases made by direct referrals.

• Level 2 (Indirect Sales): 5% commission on purchases made by referrals recruited by Level 1 affiliates.

• Level 3 (Indirect Sales): 3% commission on purchases made by referrals recruited by Level 2 affiliates.

b. Lifetime Earnings

Level 0 affiliates earn commissions across all three levels in their network, maximizing their potential for lifetime earnings.

3. Affiliate Materials and Brand Guidelines

a. Provided Materials

Affiliates will have access to:

• A branding guidelines document.

• A content library with a marketing kit and other downloadable materials for promotions.

b. Compliance with Brand Guidelines

Affiliates are required to comply with the branding guidelines to maintain consistency with our brand values and messaging.

c. Restrictions on Use

Affiliates are prohibited from using marketing materials or branding assets on:

• Pornographic, gambling, or other inappropriate websites.
  Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.

4. Verification and Compliance Requirements

a. Identity Verification

Affiliates must verify their identity as real individuals or legitimate businesses. Verification may include:

• Submission of proof of identity or business registration.

• Participation in a video call to confirm their identity and validate that the submitted documents correspond to the individual or business.

b. Documentation for First Payout

Affiliates must submit required identification documents before receiving their first payout. These may include proof of tax residency or business registration.

c. Tax Requirements

i. Tax and filing rules vary by country and jurisdiction. Affiliates and businesses may be required to complete necessary forms to receive their payout.
ii. Examples of required forms include:

• United States: Form W-9, Form 1099-NEC, or Form W-8BEN.
  iii. Affiliates will be informed of the specific requirements before their first payment or any subsequent payouts.

5. Commission Payout Details

a. No Minimum Payout Threshold

There is no minimum payout threshold, provided payout fees can be covered.

b. Payment Schedule

i. Payouts are made 30 days after the order is marked as completed or delivered.
ii. Payments will be released on the first bank working day of the month following this period.
iii. A 2% payout fee applies for payments via PayPal (globally) and Venmo (U.S. only).

c. Payment Methods

Commission payments are processed via:

• PayPal (globally).

• Venmo (U.S. only).

6. Account Activity and Inactivity Policy

a. Active Account Requirement

i. Affiliates must make at least one direct sale per year to maintain their account.
ii. Failure to meet this requirement may result in account deactivation to comply with legal regulations and avoid any appearance of operating a Ponzi scheme.

b. Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive will no longer receive commissions. Accumulated unpaid earnings will be retained until the account is reactivated through verified sales.

7. Prohibited Activities

a. Misrepresentation

Affiliates must not misrepresent the program as a pyramid scheme, Multi-Level Marketing system, or any misleading format.

b. Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple accounts under the same name or ownership to manipulate commissions is strictly prohibited.

c. Unauthorized Ads

Paid advertisements or promotions that impersonate or misrepresent our brand are not allowed without prior approval.

d. Spamming

Affiliates may not engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized communication to promote their links.

e. Brand Restrictions

Our brand materials must not be associated with inappropriate content or websites.

8. Termination and Suspension

a. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s account for violating these terms or engaging in activities that harm our brand or program integrity.

b. Right to Suspend

Accounts may be temporarily suspended for suspicious or prohibited activities while under investigation.

9. Modifications to the Program

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program, including adjusting commission rates, payout schedules, or other aspects. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate’s participation in the program. Affiliates assume full responsibility for any outcomes of their promotional activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the company is registered. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the country in which the company is registered.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in our Multi-Level Affiliate Program, affiliates confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions and the terms of service.
